When it comes to properties for sale on the Costa del Sol, we concentrate on the areas in and around Marbella, Mijas, Benahavis and Estepona, yet also have many years of experience in the neighbouring towns, from Malaga to Gibraltar, and typical Andalusian villages inland, thus being able to adapt to the areas our clients are looking to move to.

Different approach to attending client’s needs

Since 1994 our utmost aim has always been to find the best suitable property for sale on the requirements of each of our clients, the one that really matches their wishes best and that it is legal, also in regards to Town Planning Law and Stipulations. We ask in detail what a client would like to achieve and listen very carefully to his requirements. We apply our vast product and area knowledge gained over more than 25 years, to only show properties that match those details, not wasting our client’s precious time.

Qualified Experts in Town Planning and Development of New Real Estate Developments

Since 2001 we are qualified experts in Town Planning and Development of new real estate complexes, situated throughout the Costa del Sol. Mrs Katja Range carried out specialist courses and obtained the title “Experto en Urbanismo y Desarrollos Inmobiliarios” by the very renown Business Institute “IPE = Instituto de Práctica Empresarial” of Malaga, today REBS = Real Estate Business School.

We constantly participate in new courses and seminars to keep us up to date with any new laws, rules, new General Plans for towns and new Infrastructure and Protection Plans for the Costa del Sol, to be able to apply our expertise to any advice when it comes to finding the right property for you.

We double check and make sure the property a client wants to buy is legal Town Planning wise (checking the General Plans – PGOU) and that it has no affections of future plans for new infrastructure or construction around it (POTA). Please see further details regarding this service under TOWN PLANNING and IS YOUR PROPERTY LEGAL. We do advise NOT to buy, if we find problems that cannot be solved. Real Time Realty will show you the WHOLE REALITY of a property, not only nice pictures.

Experience in development of real estate projects

Having prepared new development projects of more than 120 apartments and also luxury villas provides us with much deeper and further insight into the building process than a normal Estate Agency would have. We use it in favour of our clients, every time we view a property with them. It enables us to give advice on site, which reform works a resale property may need, for example, or regarding the quality of new development sites.

We also carry out Town Planning investigations, issue reports regarding plots of land for sale and prepare feasibility studies for new developments our investor clients may want to build.

We will be connected simultaneously at a previously agreed time via SKYPE and I, Mrs Katja Range, will show and explain you the property’s qualities, the flow of its distribution, the orientation and views of its rooms, etc. You will see each detail, its REAL views and surroundings, without any electric lines, posts or similar unpleasant things cut out, like it unfortunately often happens on pictures.

You can ask me any questions that may arise immediately, with me being in the property. I can show you certain areas, rooms, views or details of the property again and again, as many times as you wish, in order to give you the best possible information about the property. I will be "on site together with you", without you even having to move from your home, office or country.
