One of the worst things we could imagine happen to you is to come for a visit to your new home under the sun, then need help for any reason with something, as you may not speak the language and do not yet know service providers, shops or commercial premises that could help you, and then feel „left alone“ with your problem.
As explained in our section ABOUT US it is of utmost importance to us that you will be happy with your new property and life in and around Marbella, Benahavis, Estepona or Mijas for a very long time. We will always be there for you with our very best advice and help.
We have been here since 1994 and have never ever left any of our clients alone without being able to contact us, even on weekends, in case of emergencies. We know many people who work very well and with extremely good prices on this Coast. Therefore, please rest assured that, whatever help or service you may need at any stage; we will do our utmost to introduce really good and trustworthy people or companies to serve you. We can also always ask for several estimates of different contacts we have.
